This Return & Refund Policy governs purchases made from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you must raise a return request within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Any return request made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

All original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

The item must not show signs of damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)
To claim a return due to:

Damaged product

Defective product

Wrong item received

Missing items
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Start before opening the parcel.

Clearly show the shipping label.
-
Clearly show the sealed package.
-
Capture the complete unboxing process.
-
Clearly display the issue.
⚠️ Claims related to damage, wrong product, or missing items will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraudulent claims.
4. Return Approval Process

Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected.

Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2 business days of inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
5. Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders)
If the return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Refund initiation will be completed within 10 business days from approval.
Please note:

Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions.
6. Refund Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders paid via Cash on Delivery:

Refunds will not be provided in cash.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI only.
The customer must provide:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, subject to successful verification of provided details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect bank details submitted by the customer

Technical failures
If incorrect details are provided, refund processing time will restart after correct information is received.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:

Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charges (if applicable)

Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our verified error)
8. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns and refunds will not be accepted if:

The request is raised after 5 days of delivery.

The item is returned without original packaging or accessories.

No valid unboxing video is provided (for damage/wrong item claims).

The product falls under any declared non-returnable category.
9. Right to Refuse Service

Cancel or refuse Cash on Delivery orders at our discretion.

Deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.
